Store Policy:


For customers who wish to make a return the following applies:

  • For all non-food purchases: If the items are not damaged and unopened, returns are allowed within 30 days of your purchase.

  • All non-food unopened items are also available for exchange within the same time frame.

  • No returns/refunds are given on any food items once purchased. This applies to in store and online purchases.

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • Please see the shipping policy for more policies specific to making deliveries and nationawide shipping.

  • Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

  • We are not able to refund or replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Gift Cards & Loyalty Stamps:

  • The maximum number of loyalty stamps received on any gift card transactions are two stamps ($50 purchase) in any single day.

  • Loyalty stamps are only available to in person visits. No stamps are given for online orders (both delivery & curbside/pickup). The transaction must be completed in person in the store.

  • We are not able to replace lost or stolen Loyalty Cards, we can only provide you with a new card.

  • Loyalty Cards that are damaged where loyalty stamps are difficult to recognize will be honored at the discretion of the store manager. Cards that are ripped where the loyalty stamp is missing will not be honored.
